Good day. I recently purchased a prepaid WiFi device as a backup for my work, but I've been experiencing frequent disconnections. I've contacted customer service several times, and their troubleshooting steps have provided temporary solutions, but it's frustrating to have to repeat them so often for a stable connection, especially since it's only been a few days since my purchase.
The connection drops after 10-30 minutes or more, requiring me to restart the router, switch to 3G/4G, or perform a full reset. I haven't purchased any additional data yet, as I'm using the 15-day free unlimited data offer after activation.
