Last year December pa na change yung modem namin from Sky to Converge, they didn't gave me any acount number and said may eemail lang daw sa akin. Fast forward now, Wala parin akong nakuha na email or even a call regarding my account number and I can assure that yun yung gagawin ko cuz an agent visited me if na migrate na ba daw yung modem and asked him about the account number thingy and he also said maghintay sa email. Now naputulan na kami ng net and I dont know what to do, or who to call tapos may online classes pa ako.
