"Shrek 5" is taking us back to Far Far Away for another swampy adventure!
Universal Pictures on Friday released the first teaser, announcing the voice cast of the upcoming sequel. Zendaya lends her voice to Felicia, the daughter of Shrek (Mike Myers) and Fiona (Cameron Diaz). Eddie Murphy returns as Donkey.
In the teaser, Shrek and Donkey are shown "scrolling" through the magic mirror, which showed photos and videos of Shrek dancing and flexing some abs. They both scream in horror, drawing the attention of Fiona, Felicia, and Pinocchio.
"Shrek 5" is set to arrive in theaters on December 23, 2026. The installment comes over a decade after the fourth film, "Shrek Forever After," released in 2010. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
