Senate urged to finalize flood control scam probe upon Zaldy Co’s return

MANILA, Philippines — The Senate blue ribbon panel should finalize its inquiry into the alleged anomalous flood control projects upon the return of former congressman and fugitive Zaldy Co, Sen. Erwin Tulfo said on Sunday. Tulfo made the remark a few days after Co was arrested by authorities in the Czech Republic as he was
