Senate shooting: Aplasca admits being first to fire vs NBI agents

MANILA, Philippines — Acting Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Ma. O Aplasca has admitted to being the first to discharge his firearm during the Senate standoff on Wednesday night, saying it was a warning shot against National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents in the vicinity. In an interview on Thursday, Aplasca was asked about the incident after several
