SC grants protection writs to Negros-based human rights workers

MANILA, Philippines—The Supreme Court (SC) has granted temporary protection to four Negros-based development workers from newly appointed Armed Forces of the Philippines Chief of Staff Lt. Gen. Antonio Nafarrete and other top military officials over allegations of Red-tagging and threats to their safety. In a statement on Wednesday, the SC granted the writs of amparo and
