Sarah Discaya finally served warrant, arrested, says NBI

MANILA, Philippines — The National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) on Thursday arrested controversial contractor Cezarah “Sarah” Discaya. NBI spokesperson Palmer Mallari confirmed Discaya’s arrest to INQUIRER the same day President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. announced that an arrest warrant had finally been issued against the contractor.
