Sara Duterte’s tax records arrive at BIR

MANILA, Philippines — The “green box” supposedly containing the tax records of Vice President Sara Duterte arrived at the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) on Tuesday.  BIR Commissioner Charlie Mendoza confirmed the sealed box’s arrival after the Senate, acting as an impeachment court, ordered its return.  “We have received it… Around 11:40 a.m.,” Mendoza told
