Sara Duterte files perjury complaint vs alleged bagman Ramil Madriaga

MANILA, Philippines — Vice President Sara Duterte on Wednesday filed a perjury complaint against Ramil Madriaga, her alleged former aide, at the Office of the City Prosecutor of Taguig. Duterte claimed that Madriaga is being used in the same way as witnesses in the International Criminal Court case against former President Rodrigo Duterte, calling it
