MANILA, Philippines — Former Ilocos Sur Governor Luis "Chavit" Singson denied anew he had a "special relationship" with Kapuso actress Jillian Ward.

In his guesting on "The Men's Room" hosted by Stanley Chi and Janno Gibbs, the hosts asked Chavit if he has already met Jillian.

"Hindi. Sa awa ng Diyos, hindi pa," the ex-politician said. “Hindi pa. Sana nga."

Rumors of Chavit and Jillian having an affair began last October. The actress, however, denied such talks in an interview with Boy Abunda.

Chavit did say he wants to meet Jillian so they can both put the issue to rest.

"'Yun na nga eh. Pero sana may magpapakilala [sa amin] para pareho naming i-dedeny. Para mawala na," he explained. "Kasi nagde-deny ako, nagde-deny siya, parang naglolokohan lang eh. Kaya kailangan mag-meet kami para pareho naming i-deny."

When asked if he had a message for Jillian, Chavit laughed and joked "Uhm, sana nga maging totoo."
