San Juan Mayor Francis Zamora formalizes institutional tie-up with UP

MANILA, Philippines — San Juan City Mayor Francis Zamora, in his capacity as President of the Metro Manila Council (MMC) and National President of the League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP), met with key officials of University of the Philippines (UP) on February 27, 2026 to formalize and expand institutional cooperation on transport management,
