Samsung Galaxy Easy Compensation program confirmed

1 month ago 19

According to Forbes, the Samsung Galaxy Easy Compensation program has been confirmed by the company. This is a trade-in program that lessens the need for users to purchase a new smartphone.

The program essentially gives users their money back for their old devices. However, the value will fluctuate depending on its condition. Plus, purchasing a new device isn’t required for this either.

Samsung said that the value for devices will be based on three scales—excellent, good, and recycle. Payouts will be adjusted, depending on which category the used device falls under.

This is a developing story, as Samsung hasn’t announced pricing for the devices yet. Additionally, the program has already been launched on January 14th, but is only available in Korea for now.

We’ll update readers once it expands to other countries. At the very least, Forbes was able to provide netizens with a list of accepted devices that we’ll leave below.

  • Samsung Galaxy S23
  • Samsung Galaxy S22
  • Samsung Galaxy S21
  • Samsung Galaxy S20
  • Samsung Galaxy Z Fold5
  • Samsung Galaxy Fold4
  • Samsung Galaxy Fold3
  • Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5
  • Samsung Galaxy Flip4
  • Samsung Galaxy Flip3

These are relatively fresh devices that have been released in the last five years. As such, they’re still within software update and security patch timelines. Share your thoughts about the Samsung Galaxy Easy Compensation program below.

Well, the portfolio of scriptwriting, web content, and public relations help too, we suppose. As a homebody, he often spends his time on the streaming platform Twitch or ‘farming’ gaming clips with friends. He is also an avid fan of round glasses and anything relative to blueberries.
