The couples watched the Petro Gazz Angels-Creamline Cool Smashers volleyball match at the Smart Araneta Coliseum on Thursday.
Ryan brought with him his fiancee Paola Hyung, while Vice brought her husband Ion Perez.
On Instagram, Ryan shared a group photo with the hashtag, #FirstDoubleDate.
Ryan and Paola announced their engagement in June last year.
Vice said she was the first person that Ryan told.
Meanwhile, Vice and Ion got married in 2021.
Vice, Ion, and Ryan are hosts of noontime show "It's Showtime."
