MANILA, Philippines — Robinsons Offices’ Cybergate Iloilo complex has strengthened its position as a highly compelling business address with its third office tower securing LEED v4 Silver Certification.

LEED or Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design is an internationally recognized certification for green buildings.

Cybergate Iloilo Tower 3’s certification places it among developments that meet even more rigorous sustainability and performance standards, further enhancing the estate’s overall green credentials, according to Robinsons Offices, the office development and leasing arm of Robinsons Land Corp.

The Cybergate Iloilo complex hosts the first LEED?certified office buildings in Western Visayas, and Tower 3’s silver distinction further strengthens its position in the region.
