Manila, Philippines — Rhodessa Montano Belen, the reigning Mrs. Asia Pacific Intercontinental 2024, formally concluded her reign at the recently held Mrs. Asia Pacific International 2025 competition in Singapore and Malaysia.
The coronation night recently saw Belen honorably pass on her crown to Usova Anastasiia Viktorovna of Russia, the new Mrs. Asia Pacific Intercontinental 2025.
Organized by Lumiere International Pageantry, under the leadership of Quek Siew Bee, CEO and founder, the pageant celebrates married women from across the Asia Pacific, highlighting leadership, advocacy and purpose alongside beauty.
During her tenure, Belen also served as mentor and de facto national director for four Philippine delegates, personally selecting and preparing them for the international stage. Her guidance helped them gain valuable experience and showcase the talent, poise, and potential of Filipino women to the global audience.
Reflecting on her year as a titleholder, Belen described her reign as “a transformative chapter defined by balance, authenticity, and personal growth.”
A mother of three—Braeden, Brentt and Brienne—wife to Jason and a software/data engineer, she successfully balanced multiple responsibilities while fulfilling her duties as an international queen.
She emphasized the vital support of her family: “My husband and children were my greatest source of strength, allowing me to pursue my dreams while staying grounded.”
Belen expressed pride in mentoring the Philippine delegates, celebrating their achievements and helping foster the next generation of empowered queens.
“The crown is not only a symbol of achievement — it is a responsibility to uplift, inspire, and serve. I am honored to pass it to an exceptional queen from Russia and to witness how the Philippine delegates represented our country with grace and determination,” Belen said.
