RFM Corp.'s Board approved another P200 million cash dividend or P0.05936 per share, payable on May 26, 2025, with a record date of April 29. This brings RFM's total 2025 cash dividends to P400 million.
CEO Joey Concepcion confirmed RFM's 2024 audited results showed a 5 percent revenue growth to P21.7 billion and a 12 percent increase in net income to P1.4 billion. Preliminary Q1 2025 figures show continued momentum, with sales up 3 percent to P4.5 billion and net income up 53 percent to P309 million. He credited strong performance in pasta, milk, flour, and RFM's joint venture with Unilever — Unilever RFM Ice Cream Inc. — which sells Selecta, Cornetto, and Magnum.
Concepcion, who chairs the joint venture, addressed Unilever's global plan to separate its Ice Cream division by the end of 2025. "This carve-out allows the ice cream business to focus on its distinct strategy," he said, noting no immediate impact on the local joint venture.
Confident in Unilever's direction, Concepcion looks forward to sustained performance. For 2025, RFM targets mid to high-single-digit growth in revenue and income, driven by its core segments.
RFM paid P1.3 billion in cash dividends in 2024, up from P850 million in 2023. At a P3.87 share price in 2024, the dividend yield was 10 percent. As of April 8, 2025, RFM shares rose to P4.15.
