MANILA, Philippines — Reytech Construction & Development Corp. brings global standards to the Philippines by earning ISO certifications on quality, workplace health and safety, and environmental responsibility.

Following independent and extensive audit processes conducted in 2025, Reytech achieved international quality benchmarks with ISO 9001:2015 on Quality Management Systems, ISO 45001:2018 on Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems and ISO 14001:2015 on Environmental Management Systems.

The certifications were issued by Europe-based A Cube TIC, the respected international assurance and certification group operating through more than 24 offices worldwide.

Reytech commercial director Jay Pantangco said the company strongly considers securing these ISO certifications as an integral part of their culture of accountability and compliance. “It further underlines the company’s commitment to deliver results that surpass local regulations, prioritize quality and safety, and follow responsible practices.”

ISO 9001 is a globally recognized standard for quality management and ensures an organization has put in place effective processes and trained staff to consistently deliver excellent services.

As an essential worldwide standard designed to better protect workers, Reytech’s ISO 45001 certification ensures that the company applies an internationally recognized framework to systematically assess and manage occupational health and safety hazards and implement risk control measures to reduce workplace injuries, illnesses and incidents.

Increasing environmental challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss, and resource depletion, and heightened consciousness for these issues emphasize the importance of ISO 14001.

The certification ensures an organization’s dedication to merging environmental responsibility with strategic business growth for a sustainable future.

In addition, Reytech is leading the transition to competency-certified project management within the industry. Pantangco underlines their recently completed Totality of Project Management (TPM) Professional Training Program. Through this program, 12 Reytech project managers took and passed the competitive ISO/IEC 17024:2012 certification in project management.

Reytech currently holds the highest number of certified project managers in the Philippine construction industry. Regalado said.

“By getting project managers ISO-certified, Reytech is committed to excellence. Many organizations focus on certifying systems – quality, safety, or compliance – while overlooking that these systems ultimately depend on competent people,” Pantangco added.

“Only the largest and most advanced organizations make this level of investment. These are organizations committed not just to growth, but to continuous improvement and excellence. Reytech’s commitment to building a core group of ISO-certified project managers reflects a clear strategic intent: to move toward globally benchmarked competence and to institutionalize excellence in project delivery.”
