MANILA, Philippines — Actor Rey "PJ" Abellana revealed that he was not invited to his daughter Carla Abellana's weekend wedding.
The actor revealed in a text message to Pep's Gorgy Rula when he was asked if he received an invitation to Carla's wedding. Carla married her high school sweetheart Reginald Santos in a garden wedding held in Tagaytay last December 27.
“No invite po. Good a.m.,” Rey replied.
When asked for his message to his daughter, Rey answered in a cryptic way.
“I feel worried for them and I wish they will acknowledge the righteous ways of God to make them realize what is right and wrong for them. To avoid bad luck,” he said.
Carla wore a simple gown with a wedding veil with floral details while her groom was in a black and cream tuxedo as they exchanged vows.
Carla is the daughter of Rey with Rea Reyes, the daughter of actress Delia Razon. The actress was previously married to fellow actor Tom Rodriguez.
