Remulla bares second bribe try to clear flood control suspects

MANILA, Philippines — Interior and Local Government Secretary Jonvic Remulla on Thursday said there was a second attempt to bribe him and his brother, Ombudsman Jesus Crispin Remulla, into clearing certain personalities linked to the flood control scandal. “It’s now two.
