Hiii again, a few days ago, I posted not to try PLDT Speed Add-on. And as of today, ok na. Naayos na. Whew! Here's what happened and what I did:
March 16: I availed the speed add-on via website & text message (need sa work and madami kami gumagamit)
Got a message congratulations etc. But speed test showed that same speed as before 500 mbps
March 17: I messaged PLDT Home sa FB. CS said may OUTAGE daw sa account ko and finifix na daw
March 18 - 19: Messaged PLDT Home sa FB everyday. CS said the same thing. May outage and finifix na may open ticket na.
March 20: Messaged PLDT Home sa FB AGAIN. (yes, makulit ako). CS said may open ticket na daw. I asked, when naopen yung ticket. Sabi March 6 daw. Sabi ko what???? eh yung concern ko started March 17 naman. (Then I remember, nung March 6, nagreport ako ng slow net speed and yun pala yung sinasabi nila sa akin na OUTAGE kuno ay nung March 6 pa. Malinaw ko naman sinabi na about sa speed add on concern ko every time HINDI OUTAGE!. )
SO napuno na ako sa CS sa FB dahil ang hirap kausap (bot ata kausap ko)
I called 171 and super okay yung experience. Mabait si CS. I told CS na can I request a router change at baka di kaya ng router namin yung 1 GBPS (router at that time was HG6245d). Then CS checked and 600 mbps lang pala kaya ng router namin. Gumawa sya ng new ticket for router change. (No fee po yung router change)
March 21: Bumisita technician and changed our router to Huawei OptiXstar and finally nareach din ang 1 GBPS na speed.

Erm di parehas 900 mbps pero ok lang din, can opt out anytime.
