Rodrigo Duterte's public statements goading police to kill are 'certainly what a prosecutor dreams of getting' in building a case, says crimes against humanity expert Professor Leila Sadat
MANILA, Philippines – In the confirmation of charges hearing for former Philippine president Rodrigo Duterte on September 23, “it’s very unlikely that the policy [of killing] element will be much of a hurdle to the prosecutor,” said a crimes against humanity expert.
