The son of former House speaker Prospero Nograles says he is hoping that fellow Dabawenyos will choose 'change' in the coming May 12 elections
DAVAO CITY, Philippines – Karlo Nograles capped off his campaign on Saturday, May 11, with his hope to end the Dutertes’ 34-year rule in Davao City.
Nograles, who served as Cabinet secretary and former spokesperson of former president Rodrigo Duterte, is facing his former principal in the mayoral race.
The son of former House speaker Prospero Nograles said he is hoping his fellow Dabawenyos will choose “change” in the coming May 12 elections.
