The National Security Council announces the findings of an investigation

MANILA, Philippines – The National Security Council, alongside the Philippine Navy and the Philippine Bureau of Investigation, announces in a press conference on Monday, April 13, the intiial findings of cyanide use by Chinese Maritime Militia boats in the areas surrounding the BRP Sierra Madre in Ayungin (Second Thomas) Shoal in the West Philippine Sea.
