Recently, nagpakonekta kami ng fiber (Plan 1299). Naconnect kahapon then registered for my.pldthome.com cause I thought thats where they post our bills. Kanina lang I recieved an email saying we have to pay an initial fee. Pero sa my.pldthome.com 0 pa ang balance namin. So question ko is accurate ba yung sa website or not? Also if we pay this and it's not correct, it carries over for the next month right?
Also how do I talk about this through 171, I got stuck at the point where they are asking for an account number but they only record the first few digits then speaks over me.
