Queenie slightly accelerates over PH sea east of extreme northern Luzon

MANILA, Philippines — Tropical Storm Queenie has slightly accelerated while moving west-northwestward over the Philippine Sea east of extreme northern Luzon, the state weather bureau reported on Friday. Based on the 11 a.m. Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) weather bulletin, Queenie – located 860 kilometers east of Extreme Northern Luzon – has
