MANILA, Philippines — Probers have secured more pieces of evidence to strengthen the case against the suspects in the killing of policewoman Diane Mollenido and her eight-year-old son, John Ysmael, the Quezon City Police District said.
QCPD director Brig. Gen. Randy Glenn Silvio said the sets of evidence found in the house of Pia Katrina and Christian Panganiban – alleged masterminds in the murder – include 14 swabbed biological fluid samples, eight cut cloth materials and a tissue paper that bore blood traces as well as hair strands believed to be from the victims.
