PVL: Vander Weide caps another Petro Gazz stint with title

MANILA, Philippines — Lindsey Vander Weide fulfilled her promise to run it back with the Petro Gazz Angels. Vander Weide became the first import to win two PVL Reinforced Conference titles after dropping 23 points to beat first-time finalist ZUS Coffee, 21-25, 28-26, 25-23, 25-20, in the winner-take-all final on Sunday at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
