Supply moves amid price surge

The latest price adjustments come as the government moves to stabilize supply.

The Department of Energy said about 22.58 million liters, or 142,000 barrels, of diesel have arrived as the first delivery under the Emergency Energy Security Program.

Separately, Petron said it has secured 2.48 million barrels of crude oil from Russia, which is expected to support its supply until June.

Authorities said these measures are intended to cushion the impact of global oil market volatility on domestic supply.
