Porac mayor posts bail in Pogo graft case

CLARK FREEPORT, PAMPANGA, Philippines — Porac, Pampanga Mayor Jaime “Jing” Capil on Tuesday (Dec. 2), has filed a cash bond of P630,000 for his provisional liberty from a court-issued arrest warrant for seven counts of graft in connection with his supposed failure to regulate a Philippine offshore gaming operator (Pogo) in his town until 2024.
