PNP: Vlogger Francis Leo Marcos arrested over 3 counts of cyberlibel

MANILA, Philippines—The Philippine National Police (PNP) said vlogger or businessman Norman Mangusin, also known as “Francis Leo Marcos,” was arrested on Monday afternoon over three counts of cyberlibel.
