PNP reshuffles Western Visayas leadership

ILOILO CITY — The Philippine National Police (PNP) has ordered a major leadership reshuffle in Western Visayas, replacing Police Regional Office (PRO)-6 director Brig. Gen. Josefino Ligan, effective Friday.
