PNP offers expertise to verify infra projects with ‘wrong’ coordinates

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Tuesday offered technical assistance to investigators in verifying infrastructure projects with reportedly wrong coordinates. Public Works and Highways Undersecretary Arthur Bisnar told the Senate in a hearing on Monday that the supposedly faulty coordinates may mean military and police inspectors may have “likely went to the
