Hello, everyone. I really need your help.
I’m currently using an old version of PLDT Home WiFi. I don’t usually use it, but since we’re having issues with our main internet connection, I’ve switched to this one for work.
The original SIM card is missing, but I’ve used a regular SIM card in it before without any problems. However, now it suddenly stopped working, and I don’t know why.
As you can see in the picture, the device looks fine—the signal is full (green), the “E” light is blue and blinking, which normally means it should be working. Yesterday, I even loaded data on the SIM, but I still can’t access the internet.
I already tried resetting the device, but the issue remains. Everything looks normal, but I have no internet access.
Please help me—I don’t know what else to do!
