Hi! This appears to be an intermittent issue since last night. Sa desktop, kitang kita ko na bumibitaw siya sa WiFi, both 2.4ghz and 5ghz. Connected ang sabi pero if mag browse ka using Mozilla or Chrome, "Hmm. We're having trouble finding that site" ang sabi.
We are located at Brgy. San Isidro, Cainta, Rizal. 2 months na ito sa amin, and yung unang buwan, wala kaming naging problema at all.
Things we have done: • We have the unlifam subscription that is valid for one month. Sa March 2025 pa siya mag expire and may regular load din ito na ₱100. • Reboot modem and desktop. • Clear browser's data and cache. • Change WiFi channel from Auto, to 1 then 4 (yun ang recommended na gawin sabi sa modem page. Yung 192.168.1.1). • Tried calling sa hotline ng PLDT but since prepaid ito, we don't have a landline or account number. Therefore, we can't be connected to an agent. Yung mobile number ng sim ng prepaid wifi na 'to, di tinatanggap ng IVR.
Alam niyo yung weird? Yung mga MOBILE PHONES namin - Samsung and iPhone, ay WORKING ANG INTERNET with this modem.
Sa desktop lang ayaw, both ethernet and wifi. What could be wrong? 🤧
