I’m trying to disconnect my PLDT service. No connection (red LOS) for almost two weeks na. Yung tech na pumunta kahapon, ang sabi hindi daw nila mapakielaman yung NAP box kasi sinisita daw sila - lol. Pero I think may nagtanggal ng connection namin sa NAP box. I always overpaid pa naman sa 5 years ko with them. So, I asked to disconnect my service but they are asking pa to settle my bill na kakagenerate lang. I said I won’t pay it kasi they are billing me a month in advance, hindi nagets ng rep nila kasi pinipilit na may bill pa din daw na need isettle which is yung latest nga. I asked her to pull up my bill and inexplain ko na yung connection namin nawala on Feb 05 (we have an open repair ticket) and yung bill is for their service dated 06FEB-05MAR. So, why would I pay for the service that I won’t be using anymore? The service that I haven’t been receiving for the past 12 days? They are insisting kasi na bayaran ko yung bill. Or am I missing something? How the rep handled it kasi parang they are used to just advising people to pay their latest bill before disconnecting which is wrong, dahil nga they bill a month in advance.
