My internet went out this morning and i was only able to contact PLDT cares earlier at 4 and it took one hour for a line diagnostic and 30 minutes for the agent but still I waited, when it was my turn to chat with the agent, the agent ended the chat after 2 questions.
Just what is the customer service provider of PLDT to have this crappy professionalism.
