I am not sure if this is the right hub but I am wondering if my PLDT wifi might be the reason why I can't pair my tapo devices (Doorbell camera and hub kit)?
For context, I previously bought and configured my Tapo D230 and H200. Both were configured and worked properly for a year until it unpaired. I tried re-configuring and re-connecting them but won't work.
Thinking its hardware problem, I bought a new pair but still the same error. The H200 was connected to my router (via ethernet) but when I try to pair devices, I kept getting this error (see pic). I tried all the troubleshoots but still nothing.
