Philex incurs Q1 net loss on lower output

MANILA, Philippines – Philex Mining Corp. incurred a net loss of P592.48 million in the first quarter of 2026, reversing a net income of P130.58 million in the same quarter last year due to lower production. In a disclosure on Monday, the Pangilinan-led mining company reported its revenue declined by 43 percent to P1.08 billion.
