PH envoy coordinating with US gov’t amid possible strike

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine embassy in Washington, DC is in coordination with the United States government amid warnings of possible strikes to California from Iran. Philippine Ambassador to the US Jose Manuel “Babes” Romualdez confirmed the coordination on Thursday afternoon. “We are coordinating with US officials,” Romualdez told the Inquirer through a text message.
