Peso falls to weakest level in history

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine peso slumped to a new record low on Wednesday, pressured by a rebounding dollar amid firmer expectations that the US Federal Reserve (Fed) will keep interest rates unchanged despite pressure from the White House. The local currency capped the session at 59.44 against the greenback, 9 centavos weaker than its
