This program was part of the PCUP's ongoing efforts to improve the conditions of communities with special needs and promote opportunities for better livelihood opportunities for persons with disabilities (PWDs). Through projects such as this, PCUP aims for marginalized sectors to succeed and achieve a better future.

The partnership between PCUP and DoLE is a step toward strengthening livelihood not only for PWDs but also for other sectors of society, helping them become more productive and independent members of their communities.
