PAWS: Still no case filed against killer of dog named Axle

MANILA, Philippines — The Philippine Animal Welfare Society (PAWS) has reported that no case has been filed yet against the alleged killer of a dog named Axle.  PAWS Executive Director Anna Cabrera dismissed reports that a case has already been lodged, asking those who posted the information online to take down their “false update.” “I
