Paolo Duterte hits Tinio’s fixation; ACT solon denies accusation

MANILA, Philippines — Davao City 1st District Rep. Paolo Duterte has questioned ACT Teachers party-list Rep. Antonio Tinio’s alleged fixation on his family, accusing him of turning a blind eye towards administration officials accused of wrongdoing. In a statement on Thursday night, Duterte claimed that Tinio has declared that there is no evidence pinning President Ferdinand
