I don't know if it is the right sub, BUT i just need to air this thing with Globe Telecom that has been dragging for a month now.
We have 11 postpaid subscriptions with Globe for years already. We don;t have problem paying via Direct Deposit to their account with their bank. And they can apply it to our account with no hassle. Then they introduces this Direct Deposit and Wire Transfer Google Form wherein you have to provide them with the proof of payments using a prescribed excel format. They say it is to facilitate faster application of payment. We didn't had a problem until our payment for January of this year.
February 21, 2025 we paid our subscription and while doing the Direct Deposit Google Form it rejected our attachments. We did not do anything with the form, we just filled it out. I reported it thru their biz support. And from that moment until now they cannot resolve the problem. And yet just now they cancel all of our outgoing services considering the problem lies with them.



How come they cannot apply our payments the same way they are applying it back to the days that this Direct Deposit Google Form is not being use??
