Pagadian City trims anniversary festivities to fund subsidy program

PAGADIAN CITY, Zamboanga del Sur – Pagadian City has scaled down the activities of the 57th Araw ng Pagadian celebration in June and redirected millions of pesos in savings to food assistance programs as rising fuel prices continue to grip households. Mayor Samuel Co told the Inquirer that the austerity measure was meant to prioritize
