Padilla eyes ethics complaint vs Pangilinan over plenary shouting

MANILA, Philippines— Sen. Robinhood Padilla  said he is planning to sue Sen. Francis “Kiko” Pangilinan before the Senate committee on ethics  for shouting at him in the plenary on Tuesday. “I will file a complaint,” Padilla told reporters after his brief  exchange with Pangilinan in the plenary while discussing the failed attempts to arrest Sen.
