TAGBILARAN, Bohol, Philippines – Shabu with an estimated street value of P69.9 million was seized in an anti-narcotics operation in this city on Tuesday night.
The illegal substance weighing 10 kilos was seized from a couple, identified only as Felix and Leonie, during a sting in Barangay Dampas.
Aside from shabu, police said they confiscated a vehicle used by the suspects in their illegal trade and the marked money.
The couple will be charged for violating Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, police said.
