Overcast skies, rains expected in Luzon on Saturday — Pagasa

MANILA, Philippines — Gloomy skies with rains may affect some areas in Luzon due to the trough of the low-pressure area (LPA) off Southwestern Luzon and the southwest monsoon, or habagat, the state weather bureau said. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) reported in the 5 a.m. weather advisory that the extension
