In his remarks, Wanky told the promoted personnel that with their new ranks, added responsibilities will also come in, new positions, or even a change of assignments.

"Promotion speaks of our potential to take greater responsibilities and do more for the Philippine National Police and the people we are committed to serve with," said Wanky.

He stressed that the promotion process serves as a reckoning — a moment that validates an officer's dedication, competence, and impact on the police force and the public.

Wanky also laid out his vision for a stronger, more capable police force under the banner of "PRO-6 ON TOP," a new strategic direction for the regional police office.

"We are setting the bar higher. If we don't, we risk falling into complacency and mediocrity," he warned.

"Our goal is not just to work harder but to work smarter by integrating technology into our operations and administrative processes," he emphasized.
