Over 11,000 classrooms damaged by habagat, cyclones — DepEd

MANILA, Philippines — Rains and floods from the southwest monsoon or ‘habagat,’ and recent tropical cyclones have affected over 11,000 classrooms nationwide, the Department of Education said on Wednesday.
